An Exceptional Culinary Challenge

Organized in collaboration with Moët Hennessy, this culinary competition invites crews to demonstrate their creativity using a basket of organic ingredients. Dishes must feature lobster as a starter and brill with Riviera vegetables as a main course.
Creations are judged by a panel of renowned chefs, including Philippe Joannès and Christian Garcia, offering an exceptional gastronomic experience for participants and spectators alike.

Competition procedure

Participating chefs are invited to demonstrate their culinary skills by creating exquisite dishes that reflect the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the region. Each chef must prepare a complete menu, judged on several criteria:

  • Originality and Creativity: Chefs must innovate and surprise with unique flavor combinations and artistic presentations.
    Quality of Ingredients: The emphasis is on using fresh, high-quality ingredients, highlighting local and seasonal produce.
  • Technique and Execution: Dishes must demonstrate impeccable technical mastery, with perfect cooking and balanced seasoning.
    Presentation: The aesthetics of the dish are crucial, as each creation must be as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to taste.
