Monaco Classic Week

10-13 SEPTEMBER 2025

It is an exceptional lineup of traditional sailboats that will once again be at the heart of the Monaco Classic Week 2025. Representing the elegance and craftsmanship of past eras, these boats, often lovingly and meticulously restored, still sail today, bearing witness to the enduring legacy of traditional shipbuilding.

Regattas for traditional sailing boats, dead reckoning for motor yachts, endurance and manoeuvrability tests for motorboats… all these races bring back to life the atmosphere and spirit of the nautical competitions of the early 20th century, when speed and innovation were at the heart of maritime gatherings.

This competition measures etiquette, style, a certain respect for good manners and good behaviour at sea, all in a great spirit of festivity.

Organised in collaboration with Moët Hennessy, and under the supervision of Simon Ganache (Y.C.M. Events Chef), this culinary competition invites crews to demonstrate their creativity using a basket of organic ingredients by cooking on board their unit.
The creations are judged by a panel of renowned chefs, including Philippe Joannès and Christian Garcia, offering an exceptional gastronomic experience for participants and spectators alike.

A tailor-made nautical, cultural and social programme has been devised for the shipowners and their crews, as well as the general public, who can stroll freely along the quays and discover the Village of exhibitors, including painters, photographers, marine craftsmen, shipyards and sculptors, not forgetting the official Y.C.M. shop.

In addition to the regattas and motorboat events, the Monaco Classic Week Trophy, whose jury is chaired by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, is awarded to the boat that combines the best ranking in the Prix La Belle Classe and the Concours d’Elegance.

Invited for the first time at the 700th Nautiques, and then at various subsequent editions, these training ships made a stopover at the Monaco Classic Week.
Offering visits open to the public, these tall ships are veritable educational platforms for sailors in training, testifying to the Y.C.M.’s commitment to preserving and celebrating maritime heritage.

These motorboats from the 1950s, including the iconic Chris-Craft and Riva, add a historical and aesthetic dimension to the event, highlighting the elegance and innovation of classic motorboating.

Vintage motor yachts, with their classic lines and timeless luxury, represent the pinnacle of prestige yachting.
