Monaco Classic Week, organized by the Yacht Club de Monaco, is an iconic event celebrating maritime heritage and the elegance of classic yachts. Founded in 1994, this week-long event dedicated to vintage boats and traditional yachts is held every two years in the magnificent setting of Monaco’s Port Hercule. Monaco Classic Week brings together yacht owners, maritime enthusiasts and lovers of nautical traditions, offering a unique opportunity to share unforgettable moments and showcase the maritime art of living.

1862

As early as 1862, the first regattas were held in Monaco Bay, establishing the Principality as a key center for the international yachting community by the end of the century.
The first international motorboat events were held in Port Hercule in 1904, attracting spectators from all over the world and consolidating Monaco’s reputation as a center of innovation in water sports.

1994

This biennial event, created in 1994 to mark 10 years of the Hereditary Prince’s Presidency and the 90th anniversary of the first motorboat meetings in 1904, highlights the craftsmanship and design of historic yachts, making this week a unique celebration of the golden age of yachting.

Four days dedicated to the “Art of Living by the Sea

Organized every two years by the Yacht Club de Monaco, the Monaco Classic Week-La Belle Classe showcases the splendor of our sailing heritage.
Created in 1994, this unique biennial event aims to showcase the last remaining examples of yachting from yesteryear, including both small and large yachts.

La Belle Classe Tradition

La Belle Classe Tradition, an initiative of the Yacht Club de Monaco, aims to preserve and promote the expertise and elegance of classic yachts.
This label guarantees a high level of quality in terms of catering, service and respect for the environment, uniting passionate owners and yachting enthusiasts around the values of respect, courtesy and solidarity.
