ORGANISATION

Yacht Club de Monaco

Founded in 1953 by Prince Rainier III and chaired since 1984 by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, the Yacht Club de Monaco (Y.C.M.) is at the heart of the international yachting community. It plays a key role in promoting sustainable yachting and technological innovation through various prestigious initiatives and events.

Through events like Monaco Classic Week, we celebrate the history and tradition of yachting.

The Y.C.M. is at the forefront of green initiatives, supporting projects such as the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, which promotes alternative and sustainable propulsion technologies.

As an international yachting centre, the Y.C.M. brings together yacht owners, professionals and enthusiasts from all over the world to share their love of the sea and yachting.

Monaco Classic Week is a must for classic yachting enthusiasts. This biennial event brings together an impressive fleet of classic yachts, motor yachts and vintage sailing boats, putting on a dazzling show in Monaco’s Port Hercule.

Spectacular races and regattas showcasing the beauty and skill of classic yachts.

Exhibitions of historic boats and demonstrations of maritime craftsmanship.

Discussions and lectures on the history of yachting, restoration techniques and sustainability initiatives.
